We do not make posts without extensive research beforehand and we strive to keep our sources as reputable and up to date as possible. Rest assured we will not post about a topic we feel we are not qualified to speak on. Though we mainly post about DID and OSDD, we do speak of other disorders we feel it is important to spread awareness of.Our DID is comorbid with several other psychological and physical disorders. Please be aware of this and be patient with us. Understand that due to this, we may undertake prolonged periods of online inactivity in order to efficiently manage our symptoms. If we do not promptly reply to a DM or a comment, be assured we are not intentionally ignoring you.When referring to us as a collective, please use they/them pronouns. The same goes for when we’re blurry, and for when multiple alters utilising different pronouns are co-conscious or co-fronting.
